These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 25jl platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.

25jl reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including but not limited to government-issued identification — at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 25jl may result in account suspension or termination.
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account with 25jl. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by a single individual is prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:
25jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account. All transactions made using your account credentials — whether or not authorized by you — are your sole responsibility unless 25jl is notified of unauthorized access prior to such transactions occurring.
Know Your Customer (KYC): 25jl is required by PAGCOR and the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) to verify the identity of all players. KYC documentation — typically a valid Philippine government-issued ID — must be submitted and approved before any withdrawal is processed. 25jl reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures.
All financial transactions on the 25jl platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. By depositing funds into your 25jl account, you confirm that such funds are not derived from any illegal or fraudulent activity and that you are the lawful owner of the payment method used.
Deposits: 25jl accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank bank transfers, USDT TRC20, Coins.ph, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, with a general minimum of ₱100 for e-wallet methods. Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed following successful KYC verification. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 25jl, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:
25jl's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, excluding any bonus funds.
25jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any outstanding compliance requirements. Bonus balances and wagering requirement progress will be forfeited upon closure where permitted by applicable law.
You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting 25jl customer support. Voluntary closures do not extinguish any outstanding obligations you may have under these Terms.
These Terms and all disputes arising from your use of the 25jl platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting 25jl customer support at [email protected] with a detailed description of the issue. 25jl will endeavor to respond within five (5) business days.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be referred to and finally resolved by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) dispute resolution procedures applicable to its licensees, or to the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
25jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required by law or PAGCOR direction.
Your continued use of the 25jl platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.
